Go 5D. Each Golden Wave class begins with a vocal warm-up to center our mind and initiate the group vibration. Then, together we dive deep into the ocean of the pure frequencies of the tuning forks. As the vibrations of the body increase, the vital energetic forces of the cells will stir, amplifying the body’s profound healing ability within. In this deep state of relaxation, we let the group alchemy simmer to the otherworldly sounds of the gong, and finally rise again to join our voices together, spilling forth in a bright Golden Wave of our collective sound. Classes are typically 60 - 75 minutes in length.

Is the Golden Wave right for me?

The Golden Wave may not be the right fit for everyone. During our group vibration experiences, the body may arrive in a substantially high state of euphoric vibration, and it is recommended that at least 3 days prior to attending your first Golden Wave, all participants have completed the two preparatory class replays, linked below, as a “test-drive”. These prep-classes are offered in two levels of vibrational intensity, and are made available by donation to help resource and balance the body, preparing the nervous system to join the group magnetic field.

Contraindications:

All Golden Wave group vibration experiences are not recommended for those who are pregnant, those who have pacemakers, or for those in advanced stages of a disease process.
